Biography

Genna is an Associate Attorney on our Compliance & Corporate Governance Teams. She assists companies with general legal and business issues, as well as contract management and development.

Genna previously worked as a contract manager for a large corporation where she drafted, negotiated and managed corporate contracts across several areas of business. She worked across procurement teams and internal business units to ensure cost savings and effectively manage supplier relationships. Genna also functioned as an HR Business Partner where she managed a client group relative to all employee issues including performance and talent management, investigations, training, workforce planning and general HR support. She worked closely with executive level leaders to align business objectives with company goals.
